comply、obey、conforming
1. conforming：动词 conform 的现在分词 “遵守；符合（指符合规则、标准或社会规范）”（如 conforming to the rules 遵守规则；conforming to social norms 符合社会规范）；
2. 与 comply（动词 “遵守（正式，指遵守命令、规定）”，如 comply with the law 遵守法律；comply with orders 遵守命令）近义，conform 更侧重 “符合标准或规范”，comply 更侧重 “遵守命令或要求”（conform to safety standards 符合安全标准，comply with safety rules 遵守安全规则）；
3. 与 obey（动词 “服从；遵守（通用，指服从权威）”，如 obey parents 服从父母；obey the law 遵守法律）区别：obey 是 “服从权威”，conform 是 “符合标准”（obey the teacher 服从老师，conform to the teacher’s requirements 符合老师的要求）。
