relieved、alleviated、reduced、eased
1.eased（形容词 / 动词过去分词）：“缓解的；减轻的；已缓解”（如 eased the pain 缓解疼痛；eased the tension 缓解紧张；eased restrictions 放宽限制），侧重 “逐渐、温和地减轻压力、疼痛或限制”；
2. relieved（动词过去分词）：“减轻的；缓解的”（如 relieved the burden 减轻负担；relieved her anxiety 缓解她的焦虑），侧重 “显著减轻心理或物理负担”，eased 是 “渐进减轻”；
3. alleviated（动词过去分词，正式）：“缓解的；减轻的”（如 alleviated the suffering 减轻痛苦；alleviated poverty 缓解贫困），侧重 “缓解长期、严重的问题（如贫困、疾病）”，eased 更通用；
4. reduced（动词过去分词）：“减少的；降低的”（如 reduced the cost 降低成本；reduced the number 减少数量），侧重 “数量、程度的客观减少”，eased 是 “主观感受的减轻”。
