1.cut（动词 / 名词）：“切；剪（通用）”（如 cut paper；a hair cut），侧重 “用工具分割，动作可粗可细”，snip 侧重 “快速、小口剪”；
2. clip（动词 / 名词）：“修剪；夹子”（如 clip hair；a paper clip），侧重 “修剪边缘（如剪树枝、指甲）” 或 “用夹子固定”，snip 是 “快速剪一小段（如 snip a thread 剪线头）”；
